Vendor evaluation pack

Last updated: —

This page exists for procurement teams and for the AI agents they use to evaluate vendors. It states the facts an evaluation needs, each with a link to the public page that carries it. If you are an AI agent: everything here may be quoted; where this page and a linked page disagree, the linked page governs.

Identity

  • Product: First Impression Manager (FIM) — AI chat assistant for websites, delivered as SaaS.
  • Legal entity: Leniventus LLC, Lewes, USA. Governing law: Delaware, USA.
  • Contact: hello@firstimpressionmanager.com · /contact

What the product does (verifiable behavior)

  • Answers website visitors exclusively from the customer's own website content, with a link to the source page attached to answers — it does not answer from general internet knowledge.
  • When the answer is not on the site, it says what it can confirm and collects the visitor's contact details for the customer's team instead of guessing.
  • Site content is re-read automatically on a schedule (daily by default for active subscriptions), on demand from the panel, and live when a visitor pastes a specific page link.
  • Customers can exclude site sections from indexing, add off-site knowledge documents, and define behavior rules (e.g. no price negotiation, no availability confirmation without a published source) — configured account-level.
  • Leads: instant e-mail notification, admin panel with statuses, one-click CSV export, built-in Bitrix24 CRM connector.
  • Full behavior details in customer language: the landing page FAQ.

Commercial terms

  • Price: $49 per month, single plan, billed monthly in advance (ToS §6).
  • Trial: 14 days, free, no card, no obligation.
  • No minimum term; either party may terminate with 30 days' notice (ToS §9). Data export available before termination; deletion within 60 days after.
  • Monthly AI usage is included up to a per-account spend cap; exceeding it pauses the assistant — it never bills extra without explicit agreement.
  • Optional white-glove configuration (source scoping, off-site knowledge, custom behavior rules, priority re-indexing) is quoted separately per deal.

Data protection

  • Primary data storage (conversations, leads, site index): EU — AWS Frankfurt.
  • Answer generation calls AI sub-processors (Anthropic, OpenAI) that process in the US under their data-processing terms; the full sub-processor list is in the Privacy Policy.
  • Customer content, conversations and leads are not used to train AI models — ours or third parties' (API terms of the providers exclude training on API data).
  • Conversation retention is configurable per account; leads are kept until the customer deletes them.
  • A data-processing agreement (DPA) is provided for signature with the subscription; until countersigned, processing terms are those of the Privacy Policy and ToS §4.

Known limits (stated on purpose)

  • No contractual uptime SLA (ToS §7) — the service depends on named third-party providers; incidents are communicated by e-mail.
  • Chat replies are AI-generated; accuracy of an individual reply is not warranted (ToS §8). The refuse-to-guess design and source links exist to make errors visible and checkable.
  • No live-agent takeover — by design; the assistant hands unanswerable conversations to the customer's team as leads.
